6 months post op - will my butt implants drop more? (Photo)

I had my butt implants done 6 months ago submuscular - 455cc I’m 5’5” 112lbs My right butt cheek dropped more than my left side (dragon tattoo side) and there’s a dent in the middle. So both sides lack volume on the bottom half and I’m just wondering if my implants will drop more to fill out and make it look more attractive? I feel like I’ve been healing slow, my incision is still sensitive and the top half of my butt is still numb
