Typically buttock implants take 6 to 7 months to settle into their final resting position and obtain maximum projection. The big question is, what do your preop photos look like and, even more importantly, is your implant round? Because round implants do not extend the entire length of a buttock, they tend to appear high and pointy long-term.

Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. Your asymmetry is likely to remain as your implant capsules have fully formed at this point. I would not recommend a pocket revision for this degree of asymmetry, however you may shape with Sculptra, fat or Acell injections.
