I had botox in the afternoon, and after all the mosquito bite bumps settled, there was an area above my one eyebrow that seemed to be a little bit of a lump. I saw it the same night as botox and the next morning it is still there.. Is this swelling/maybe a blod clot that will go away on its own? Or could this be the result of the botox paralyzing some muscles but not all causing a bulge? I'm assuming that would be too soon for that to show since it was the same night as botox.
