How to make my breasts less saggy and fill in gap? (photos)

photographs. From your pictures, it would appear that you could benefit from a
mastopexy, or breast lift. This would dramatically raise your breasts to a more
proportionate level and give them a perkier appearance. Your nipple/areola can
also be resized and repositioned for a dramatic improvement. Unfortunately,
even with breast implants, there is nothing that can be done to change the
distance between your breasts or add cleavage. I recommend that you schedule a
consultation appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon, experienced in
breast augmentation procedures. At this time, he/she will examine your breast
tissue and discuss your aesthetic desires, creating a personalized breast
augmentation to fit your induvial needs.

Based on your pictures you would benefit most from a breast lift. A breast lift (mastopexy) is often performed in patients with breasts that are adequately sized but saggy. This is a powerful procedure that can lift the nipple, remove excess skin (and sometimes breast tissue), and reshape the breasts to sit higher on the chest in a more youthful position. The spacing of the breasts is based on your anatomy and is somewhat fixed, unfortunately. The trade off is a scar on the breast around the nipple with a possible extension down towards the breast crease creating a lollipop or inverted “T” pattern. Thank you for your question.Based upon the photos that you included with your post you seem to be a great candidate for a bilateral breast lift, or mastopexy, to correct the breast sag that you are experiencing.  A breast lift will afford you a significantly more perky breast shape, while also decreasing the side of your areolae and lifting them to a more appropriate height.  At the time of a breast lift, the excess skin of your breasts will be removed and the breast tissue can be re-positioned, ultimately reshaping your breasts.  I understand that the gap or distance between your breasts is of concern to you, however, this is something innate to you and something that can not be changed.  With that said it is possible that the breasts may appear slightly closer together once lifted.If you are interested in exploring your candidacy for a breast lift further, I would recommend scheduling a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.  I hope you find this helpful and I wish you all the best.

d_el_h.      I appreciate your concerns, and from your photos, it appears that you are an excellent candidate for Mastopexy, breast lift surgery. Only skin is removed, your nipple areolar complexes can be reduced and moved upwards, and it appears that you have ample breast tissue to provide cleavage. Perky breasts without implants can be accomplished. great candidate for a breast lift.  This can be designed to result in an
improved shape and contour of your breasts while minimizing scar
appearance.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and evaluate their results.  The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a

Hi there, Thank you for your question. Yes, what you are describing is breast lift surgery. A breast lift can reduce the size of your areola and reshape your breasts to be higher. However, a breast lift does not change and can not change the gap between your breasts. Best, realdrsix

This can be done without implants to maintain the same volume that you have now. A breast lift will allow resizing and repositioning of your areolas while removing excess skin and sagging. The breast lift will correct the sag and the size of your areola can be reduced at the same time. Yes, it seems reasonable to want a breast lift. This can often be done using either a Lollipop incision or an inverted-"T" incision.
