Thank you for your question.Based upon the photos that you included with your post you seem to be a great candidate for a bilateral breast lift, or mastopexy, to correct the breast sag that you are experiencing.  A breast lift will afford you a significantly more perky breast shape, while also decreasing the side of your areolae and lifting them to a more appropriate height.  At the time of a breast lift, the excess skin of your breasts will be removed and the breast tissue can be re-positioned, ultimately reshaping your breasts.  I understand that the gap or distance between your breasts is of concern to you, however, this is something innate to you and something that can not be changed.  With that said it is possible that the breasts may appear slightly closer together once lifted.If you are interested in exploring your candidacy for a breast lift further, I would recommend scheduling a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.  I hope you find this helpful and I wish you all the best.

d_el_h.      I appreciate your concerns, and from your photos, it appears that you are an excellent candidate for Mastopexy, breast lift surgery. Only skin is removed, your nipple areolar complexes can be reduced and moved upwards, and it appears that you have ample breast tissue to provide cleavage. Perky breasts without implants can be accomplished.
