Breast lift with J plasma technology? (Photos)

Though I don't have this particular laser option, I can tell you with certainty that trying to get any significant and lasting breast lift from a laser treatment is going to be a waste of money.  The J plasma looks like it can do some wonderful things for the skin itself, but don't let some non-surgeon try to replace surgery with a laser treatment which just won't deliver.Best of luck!

Renuvion (also called J-Plasma) is the newest and most powerful minimally invasive skin tightening treatment device that utilizes helium and RF (radiofrequency) to create a targeted beam of plasma for subdermal skin tightening.
It can be used to treat any area where skin tightening is desired, but is commonly used for face, neck, arms, breasts, abdomen, waist and flanks, inner thighs and legs. This skin tightening procedure is commonly combined with liposuction to produce dramatic long-lasting results. Recovery is similar to liposuction with 1-3 days of downtime, and bruising/swelling resolving over several weeks. Results are seen immediately with tightening continuing over the next 6-12 months.
Yes Renuvion/J Plasma can help produce a minimally invasive breast lift without the scar burden of traditional breast lifts. However, it must be used in the proper patient with only mild to moderate lifting required. At the time of the post you were 1 month post op, which is too early to perform a revision surgery. I wait at least 6-12 months for the swelling to subside and for the tissues to heal. You may also benefit from a periareolar lift as well. The best way to tell is with a consultation with someone who is experienced in both a breast lift and Renuvion. Hope this helps.

J Plasma, now known as Renuvion, can shrink the breast skin and even lift the breast skin but not the breast tissue or an implant. I have used J Plasma/ Renuvion to shrink the skin pre-operatively reducing or eliminating the need for a breast lift. Your implants are larger than average, each weighs a pound or more, and when poorly supported can stretch the skin over time; I don't believe J Plasma can overcome the weight of your implants plus gravity.There are scarless breast lift techniques, one of which I developed, but these only go so far as well.Hope this helps 

Dear msangelal1213,I doubt anyone is mistaking you for an 80 year old.  Regardless of that, it is way too early in your postoperative recovery and healing to critically evaluate your results.  You need to wait at least 6 months for your tissues to relax and the implants to settle before you and your surgeon decide whether further intervention is required.  Good luck!

In general anything that sounds too good to be true is usually too good to be true in my experience when it comes to plastic surgery.  

Although manufacturers and non-surgeons are promoting this technology, it is unrealistic to expect it to produce a meaningful result.  The truth is that you probably needed a lift in conjunction with the implants. Skin peeling is not an uncommon post op reaction. 

I have yet to see in my career a laser that can actually tighten skin to the quality that patients would like. And so, a breast lift to my patients' satisfaction is likely not going to be successful with this technology.
