Has anyone heard of doing a breast lift with J plasma from Bovie? Supposedly its scarless and causes skin contracture. Can this be done with my implants in? I have subglandular implants and 1 month post op.. 400cc and one side and 500 cc on the other. One side of my breast looks like it may sag. The skin looks loose and wrinkled. I'm 31 and it looks like I'm 80. After my implants my right breast is still larger even though I have a huge implant in the smaller side. My skin is peeling too Is this normal?

Answer: Breast lift with J plasma technology? J Plasma, now known as Renuvion, can shrink the breast skin and even lift the breast skin but not the breast tissue or an implant. I have used J Plasma/ Renuvion to shrink the skin pre-operatively reducing or eliminating the need for a breast lift. Your implants are larger than average, each weighs a pound or more, and when poorly supported can stretch the skin over time; I don't believe J Plasma can overcome the weight of your implants plus gravity.There are scarless breast lift techniques, one of which I developed, but these only go so far as well.Hope this helps
