J-Plasma is an aggressive resurfacing treatment that works remarkably well on the face. The skin on the rest of the body is not as resilient as the face and there is risk of scarring. J-Plasma can be used under the skin as when combined with liposuction to tighten the skin in the neck and body. There is not enough room under the skin in your hands to do subdermal J-Plasma. Fractional CO2 can be used on the body for certain applications. Like J-Plasma, fully ablative CO2 resurfacing, is not recommended for the body. If you want to rejuvenate your hands, I would recommend Radiesse or your own fat injected under the skin followed by an IPL treatment. We get great results with this.
