Can breast implants move and feel like natural breasts? As in can they jiggle and jump like natural breasts?

I am considering breast implants for a natural look. I'm 5'1, 118 pounds. I want the most natural look possible. I want to know if they can not only look and feel natural, but also resemble natural breasts, like if i jump or run, they would jump like natural breasts (move as natural breasts). Is that possible with breast implants? I don't want it to be obvious that i had work done.

option for individuals seeking a natural-looking, aesthetic primary breast

Your own breast tissue and shape and the type/firmness of implant will be contributing factors. I recommend that you choose a Plastic Surgeon who specialises in breast augmentation and let them know exactly what you want. Hello, breast implants can look and feel very natural if there is sufficient breast tissue overlying.  If the implants are disproportionately large, the breasts are more likely to look and feel "augmented".

Yes - that is the goal. We want them to look and feel natural -- although some women want a "done look" with a lot of upper pole fullness. Assuming all goes well and you heal without a capsule, they should look and feel natural. Also don't go too big.

There are of course differences depending on the specific technique used, and subglandular implants would probably move and bounce more than submuscular ones, provided you have enough breast tissue to cover them properly.The most important factor in looking natural, by the way, is making a proper and realistic choice of size.
