Your own breast tissue and shape and the type/firmness of implant will be contributing factors. I recommend that you choose a Plastic Surgeon who specialises in breast augmentation and let them know exactly what you want. Hello, breast implants can look and feel very natural if there is sufficient breast tissue overlying.  If the implants are disproportionately large, the breasts are more likely to look and feel "augmented".

Implants can feel more natural  usually when the patient has more natural breast tissue to cover the implants. thinner patients with large implants feel less natural.

Yes - that is the goal. We want them to look and feel natural -- although some women want a "done look" with a lot of upper pole fullness. Assuming all goes well and you heal without a capsule, they should look and feel natural. Also don't go too big.

Absolutely! That is point, they should look and feel like real breasts! While you may be able to feel the implants they should be very soft and barely noticeable.
