tough case. I would offer a scar revision . the scar would be superiorly from 3:00 to 9:00 to remove a little skin and help give more definition. It would be a minimal improvement in my opinion. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon.

Sorry to see what happened to your belly button. A poorly reconstructed belly button is a dead giveaway to having had a tummy tuck. It can definitely be made better, but this will require redoing your tummy tuck.
