Can the scarring around my belly button after tummy tuck revision be corrected? What are my options? (photo)

I had a tummy tuck over a year ago and my belly button had thick scarring around it. I had a revision 6 months later and the new belly button has thick, dark scarring around it. How can this be fixed?
