Can muscle repair be undone due to surgery?

Can my muscle repair be ruined? by having an umbilical surgery? I had an extended tummy tuck &Lipo and muscle repair in 2020. I am undergoing surgery end of February 2024. Need to know if the procedure is done through my bellybutton will that ruin my muscle repair.
