Had a tummy tuck and scar revision and with it my belly button was pulled down . I’d like to have it revised . I’m not happy with part of the scar and wish the bottom wasn’t so flat. Want it to look more real. Can it be fixed?

You can have an umbilicoplasty which may improve the appearance of the belly button but it will not address the contour irregularities or the loose skin. A standard tummy tuck would be needed. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
