I have a very long face. I know that I have a large forehead which adds to the length. I want a hair transplant surgery but for now I am focused on my midface, jaw/chin. I have had cheek fillers before and I still see a slight effect but I didnt like the results and my face still looked long. My philtrum is abnormally long as I measured it and it was about 2.3 cm but I dont want the ugly scars of a lip lift. Would lip fillers alone give the illusion of a shorter face? What else can I do?
