3 month after facetite and liposuction procedure...My skin looks terrible. Worce than it was before the procedure. I am very disappointed....

It's difficult to compare without seeing a before photo. However, you are only 3 months post procedure and I typically tell me patients to wait a good 6 months before looking for a noticeable change. It is also important to know that this is not going to give you a surgical necklift result.
