I think you would benefit from a breast lift. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach Trained, Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Thank you for your question and photos, The Horndeski Method/The Bellesoma Method is a current technique to lift and/or reduce breasts without using implants or the ugly vertical scars. The incisions are hidden around the areola and in the inframammary crease. The vertical incision has been completely eliminated. The areola incision heals almost invisibly due to the fact that there is hardly any tension on the closure. With this particular technique, ducts are preserved along with nerve supply maintaining nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed. Because the breast is reshaped internally and is secured to your chest muscles, upper pole fullness is possible without an implant. Usually patients do not go down in size very much with this technique. Attached is a patient who underwent The Horndeski Method/The Bellesoma Method. Please note that her tissue was used to create upper pole fullness and cleavage without any foreign materials (mesh, implants, etc). It is a proprietary technique that only surgeons that have been trained by me can perform. I hope this helps. Best wishes and kind regards, Dr. Gary Horndeski
Thank you for your question and supporting photos. You seem to be a good candidate for a breast lift. This procedure is ideal for patients who are generally happy with the size of their breasts but feel that they are sagging. This procedure will raise and reshape sagging breasts and give you a more youthful and uplifted breast profile. An in person consultation would be necessary to give precise recommendations.
Thank you for your question. Breast lift ( mastopexy) it's certainly an option for you. It can be designed to retain maximum tissue with removing only extra skin and repositioning the breast to sit higher. You don't have to get a reduction to get a lift. See a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to go over your options . Good luck !
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you are agreat candidate for a breast lift. This can be designed to result in animproved shape and contour of your breasts while minimizing scarappearance. Make sure you specifically look at before and afterpictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeonand evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find asurgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with aqualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
To perk up a drooping breast, your surgeon will remove excess skin, reposition the nipple, and redrape and tighten the remaining skin to support the breast. The areola may also be reduced in size. A mastopexy (breast lift) raises droopy breasts from one to several inches and excess skin is removed. If you're sagging or asymmetrical, and are looking for perkiness, you'll need a lift--or, if you also want more volume, a lift and implants. A breast lift raises droopy breasts from one to several inches and excess skin is removed. If you just want to go bigger, the only way to do that is with implants. The great thing about these techniques is that they can now be down with minimal scarring and performed as an outpatient procedure without the need for general anesthesia.
A vertical lift, is probably the way to go for you. This can be performed with a lollipop type of incision and preserve the majority of the breast tissue as well. Good luck.
Yes, a breast lift will help, but it will leave you with scars. Do not settle for a donut/Benelli lift as it will not properly uplift your breast tissue.
A mastopexy would be the appropriate procedure. You would be exchanging the newly lifted breasts for some scarring and that is a cost-benefit analysis that only you can make. See a board certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you and recommend a surgical approach.
Thank you for your question. A breast lift with a vertical component is likely your best option. However an examination and person is necessary for the best answer. To learn more please read below:
I appreciate your question. I perform a liposuction breast lift that removes tissue from the areas you don't want such as near the armpit and the lower portion hanging near your stomach. Once I use this to shape the breast I then remove the skin to tighten the breast and create a bet...
Thanks for your question for I think often patients make the mistake of tanning too early, and then darkening their scars. When someone has surgery the healing process of the scars sets off many stimulating factors to heal the wounds. Part of that healing stimulation can also over stimulate ...
It is difficult to predict if one will get stretch marks. If you are prone to it, then I suppose you may.
