Hi EastCoastHFX, It is normal to be scared. Do take note that you are still in the early stages of the healing process after your surgery. However, for your peace of mind, you can always visit and consult your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns. Also, please follow the post op instructions and advice given by your plastic surgeon for faster recovery and healing. All the best! It is difficult to say for sure from your pictures, but from the views you've provided everything looks fine. The nipple and breast as a whole will settle as you heal. It is always best to touch base with your surgeon if you are concerned, but I don't see anything to be fearful about at this time.
Always best to run these types of questions/concerns directly by your plastic surgeon for the most meaningful assessment, advice, and (probable) reassurance. Having said that, I do not see anything on the photograph to be concerned about. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with long-term.

Hello and thank you for your excellent question. Provided that your nipple position only needs to move 1 - 1.5 inches, then you are a reasonable candidate for a peri-areolar lift. Of course, you will need an in-person consultation to evaluate you for this procedure. Preoperative visualization ...
You are in a special group of breast augmentation patients where the pros and cons of over- and under-the-muscle are delicate. Ultimately I give my patient's the choice. But, I have a long discussion with them about the pros and cons. What I offer weight lifters/trainers/body...
