22 year old, very low breasts, stretch marks, deflated. What are the best options for surgery with little scarring? (Photo)

Based upon what you are describing your desired outcome to be, your only real option is to proceed with a breast lift and breast implant. This will necessitate scars that you may or may not be wishing to accept. There really is no other choice. The only way to achieve the upper pole volume that you are showing when you hold up your breast is with a breast implant. And the only way a breast implant will look normal and natural on you is in combination with a breast lift that will require at minimum a vertical scar below the areola. In addition, you have seem to have difficult breasts to work with. They are asymmetric in both size and shape and have what seems to be a mild form of tubular deformity. This is not an easy problem to fix and your expectations should be tempered as a result. This all sounds like bad news, I know, but saying anything less would not serve you well and may lead to disappointment. I think that you have two options. 1. leave things as they are. Despite all I have outlined, your breasts don't look that bad, they are just difficult to work with. You certainly could be quite happy leaving things alone and avoiding surgery. 2. If you are willing to accept some scars and your expectations are grounded, find a board certified plastic surgeon that can effectively communicate your options and can show you several before and after photos of their work on patients that look similar to you. The Bellesoma Method.  This technique
will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants,
elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your
cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided,
nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained.  At the same time or later, fat transfers can

Hello! I would recommend a lift with an implant. you will achieve the look you want. I wouldn't let scarring deter you. I recommend the Embrace scar therapy system to all of my patients and they are achieving wonderful incision lines that are barely noticeable!

Amanda.   It appears from your photographs that you have fairly significant ptosis with asymmetry. This can be nicely addressed with breast augmentation with a lift. While scars are never desirable, they are the necessary evil to reshape your breasts to an attractive shape, provide symmetry and enlarge them. If you want higher, perkier, and more rounded breasts then you will need a breast lift with implants. Some scar is necessary to achieve this. Please see a plastic surgeon who does a lot of augmentation/lift work. Good luck.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Based on
your photographs, the best shape and contour could be achieved with an implant
and a breast lift. Your nipple sits below the inframammary fold and
without a lift in addition to the implant, this will not have a natural
shape.  A breast lift with an implant can result in a very nice shape if
good technique is used.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Thanks for your question.  Based on the photos, your breasts are a different size and the nipples are near the bottom of the breast mounds.  It sounds like your surgeon already explained that implants alone will not correct the nipple position and asymmetry.  I find that a small proportion of my patients with this appearance will choose to have implants first, see if they like the results, then decide whether they want a lift later.  However, the majority choose to have a lift plus implants at the same time.  Your surgeon will be the best source of advice on the different breast lifts, and their respective risks and benefits.

Hi Amanda,From your pictures it looks like what would get you the best short term result would be a lift and augmentation (if you wanted to have bigger breasts). Just a lift would make you more "perky" without the added volume of implants. Either way you will have some scarring.Given your age, it is important to think about whether you are planning on having any (or more) kids. Because with pregnancy your breasts will change and sometime they can change dramatically, resulting in the need for additional surgery.So I think the best thing to do is talk to a board certified plastic surgeon about your goals and expectations and he or she will be able to tell you what is realistic given your unique body type.I hope this helps!

Your best option is a lift with implants.  If you are not finished raising a family and want to breast feed then I would wait. Pregnancy and breast feeding will change your breasts. You want to consider surgery only if your family is complete.
