19 Y/o Dominican with Natural 36DD Breasts and Want to Go Larger and Firmer, What Are my Options? (Pictures)

If you just want to be firmer, a lift would be better but it does bring a bit of potential for scarring with it.  You look great as you are and making you larger may only make you look not so great.  But lifting does involve scars.  A smaller implant will not really make you 'firm' so evaluate what you really want... firmer or larger, and then see a local plastic surgeon who can evaluate your tissue/breasts, listen to your desires, and see if he/she can meet your expectations.

Would either not do anything or insert a small implant above the muscle. You have nice breasts and you are still young and I would not recommend any procedure prior to pregnancy. But if you wanted a fuller firmer  breast, a small implant would do.

Dear Yami, although a breast augmentation and/or breast lift is an option, be careful not to go too large.  Given your present 36 DD breast and moderate frame size of 5' 4"  and 135 lbs.  it would be easy to overshoot with regard to implant size.  Best wishes.
