Can Laughing and Getting Aroused Hurt my Implants?

I had a breast augmentation 7 days ago (sub glandular) . I´m in great shape and have very little pain. I do short walks with heart rate below 90. My worries are: 1. I don`t have sex, but i still get aroused every day. Can this interrupt the healing process? 2. I try not to, but I laugh a lot. Can this be damaging? I have searched the internet for information, but can´t find anything about these subjects. Thank you in advance!

Once your surgeon releases you, you should be fine. Your implant will be able to withstand the temperature/pressure extremes that your body/flesh normally does.
