I Would Like to Know if There is Much Difference Between Profiles of Implants: Reducing 1 Cm Projection Will Be Noticed?

 Looking at your photos, your breasts are completely natural looking and don't look fake at all. My recommendations would be to not change shape or size or profile at all. I don't like low profile implant at all- they are so wide compared to the normal breast width diameter and to short - leaving the breast looking wide and flat. Breast shape is amazing size is right on for your frame.  My practice is 90% breast  augmentation and breast lifts --yours are perfect.

I think the implants are prominent because you have a relative lack of soft tissue on your chest wall to camouflage them. As a generality, lowering the implant profile will make implants look less "fake," but it is hard to predict for any individual patient. Since you are decreasing the volume of the implants by 45-50 cc each (about 3 Tablespoons) AND decreasing the projection as well, there may well be so much difference that you won't like it. Patients in my experience often think their implants are too small and rarely think they are too big...in examining your photos and your frame, I would caution against going too small in search of a less fake look as you are at the lower end of the implant size range anyway...the implants have good symmetry and, if otherwise not a problem, I would be careful..."perfect is the enemy of good."
