I'm 27 yrs old, I have subglandular silicon breast implant for 2 yrs. I want to be less fake. Right side is 245 cc (10.1 cm diameter and 4.5 cm projection) and left is 265 cc (10.4 cm diameter and 4.6 cm projection). I intend to change them for low profile: 200 cc with 10.1 cm diameter and 3.5 cm projection (right) and 215 cc with 10.4 cm diameter and 3.6 cm projection (left). Will this make my implants less round and less fake enough? Or will there be so much difference that I may not like it?
