Nipple slightly pointing down & different direction - should this be addressed? (Photos)

Hi I had a BA a few months ago. It was 255cc, moderate profile above the muscle. One of my nipples seems centered on the implant, but the other appears lower and now points slightly down/out leaving me with more upper pole fullness on one breast. It looks goofy in certain tops and dresses. It’s not a huge deal but i feel like my nipples should more or less have consistent positioning like they used to pre op, right? Can/should this be addressed?

I would recommend scheduling a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon near you and inquire about breast augmentation. You will be able to try on implant sizers and see what cc volume that you desire to achieve with breast augmentation.

Hi, A word of advice. When the nipple areolar is displaced laterally as is the case in your pics, the implant will not be fully centered behind the areolar as in a person AFAB. Its something to be aware of. A smaller implant placed more laterally, leaving a wider space between the breasts will...
