Is it possible to correct the small firm portion that surrounding the indent to include the indent? I believe it to be fat necrosis.
Answer: Recommend dong a scar revision followed by laser treatments and melarase creams to reduce appearance Abdominoplasty scars can be quite complex, ranging from the simple hypertrophic scar to a multiplane inflamed keloid. Pigmentation, discoloration, chronic inflammation, scar visibility can all occur in the short term. We begin each treatment with combination therapy using Yellow broadband BBL, Vbeam, fractional erbium, intralesional IIT, and scar modulation. Start with a combination of Plato's Scar Serum massaged twice daily after one week of epithelialization followed by Luminase/Exfolase. Scar consultation and revision may be recommended. Answer: Revision You would need an examination to see what specifically is the problem and how to treat it. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns.

Answer: Timing for revision We usually suggest our patients to wait at least 1 year before considering any revision, unless something is very serious and requires immediate treatment. It takes long time, 12-15 months in your age, for scars visible (outside) and invisible, much bigger (inside). That applies in particular for fat tissue lumpiness, irregularities, hardness. Message, application of ultrasound, pressure, would help to diminish and softer current firmness. These are issues to be discussed with your surgeon during your next visit. Good luck.

Answer: Tummy tuck I think it looks fine. Some surgeons thin the midline effect for a more sculpted look. That may have been what happened and you have a nice result.

Answer: Small firm portion Dear ninanina10, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
