What treatment is best to get rid of the lower cheek fat/jowls? (Photos)

I am at a low bmi but i want the bottoms of my cheeks to end slightly higher on my face, it droops down quite a bit and causes prominent nasolabial and marionette lines as well. I just want a bit of the fat from the bottom removed, not my entire cheek volume. Would ultherapy, fillers, buccal fat removal, or cheek liposuction work best?

That round fullness at the sides of the corner of your mouth is part of the buccal fat pad. Careful removal can slim the lower face. #StayBeautiful, @RealDrWorldWide
