Buccal fat removal weight gain - will it go away with weight loss?

Hello , I got my buccal fat removal 2024 summer and since then I have gained around 10-13 kg and my face is fat like before the surgery the thing is before I even got my buccal fat removal I lost 10kg before the procedure and my face did not loose any weight so I did the surgery I’m thinking if i loose the weight now is my face not going to loose the weight like before or will it As I had the surgery.
