How long after a Brazilian butt lift and breast lift can i get a hand tattoo? Is 5 weeks post op enough time?

im getting surgery done in April and wanted to know if it was safe to get a hand tattoo 5 weeks post op? The tattoo will be no where near any lipo sites. if i need to wait its not an issue just want to put my healing at risk.
