Subtle eye asymmetry - Could this be ptosis or an eyelid skin issue? (photos)

these photos are too zoomed out to really appreciate any measurements of things like ptosis or eyelid skin (you can barely see the creases from this) but I do not see anything obvious standing out to me. I think you are too focused on something very subtle that doesn't warrant plastic surgery

In order to properly evaluate and find the cause of your eyelid asymmetry, a set of close up photos is needed. In-person consultation with a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon would be your best option. Good luck.

These pictures are in adequate in order to make a determination about having ptosis, or even be a candidate for elective eyelid cosmetic surgery. It appears that you have some degree of facial and eyelid a symmetry, which is genetic. Please post another set of photographs.

You do not have ptosis. Your face has slight asymmetry, which is normal but disturbs you. Perhaps a small amount of Botox above the brow could be attempted as the photos demonstrate slightly different brow heights. Best wishes.

Your facial asymmetry is based on facial skeletal structure.
Your left orbit sits higher in your skull than the right side.
This means that your left eyebrow also is going to sit higher than the right side.
Likewise, your right eye is lateral(it sits farther to the side) to the midline in comparison to the left side.
All people have facial asymmetry.
During embryological development, the two sides of the face develop independently from each other and eventually fuse in the midline. This leads to everyone having facial (and body) asymmetry.
Attempts at soft tissue manipulation to treat asymmetry, which is based on bone structure is going to create two separate asymmetries, which will not balance each other.
Your best option is to accept this as normal and not attempt treatments.Best,

The asymmetry is based on your facial skeleton, orbital bones are asymmetrical and it is completely normal, no need to have a surgery to fix this normal anatomical condition
