Lower Eyelid surgery. What would you do to improve it, revision? (Photo)

Don't take fix it advise from people who do not fix botched eyelids for a living. I fix botched eyelid surgery. Laser resurfacing will not fix this and may actually make it worse depending on how aggressively laser resurfacing is performed. Please do not not do this to yourself. This is actually a complex deficit. You have the obvious skin incision but you also have a pulled down lower eyelid. You need a complex reconstruction. Please study the video I am attaching below. It has graphic video so if that is not your thing, be advised. Yes it is possible to fix the lower eyelid retraction and the obvious skin incision. I am also attaching a link to my website that provides more information on how these eyelids are fixed. Don't let well meaning surgeons use up the resources you need to have a definitive lower eyelid reconstruction.

I recommend you wait at least 1 year before any surgical revision. You may benefit from fillers in the concavity of the incision.
