Would it be ok to have a tattoo on my inner forearm three weeks before my rhinoplasty procedure?

Getting a tattoo can pose a certain infection risk. It goes without saying that you should use a reputable, licensed tattoo artist whom you trust. My recommendation would be to ask your board certified plastic surgeon for his/her opinion.
