Bridge & tip have collapsed more - can I have revision rhinoplasty after having Silikon 1000?

Had silikon 1000 injections years ago, am I able to get an actual revision rhinoplasty surgery now? My bridge and tip have collapsed more and more and no amount of silikon can fix this. I would like to get it fixed surgically now. Thanks in advance for your help.
