Bridge & tip have collapsed more - can I have revision rhinoplasty after having Silikon 1000?

We have operated on many patients after receiving microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections, and in our experience, it does not make a difficult operation more difficult. The reason is because the Silikon 1000 is injected into the soft tissue, and the plane of dissection during rhinoplasty surgery is deep, onto the bone and cartilage of the nose. The Silikon-11000 cannot be removed surgically, however, in our experience, it does not preclude further nasal surgery. In fact, it may make Revision surgery a bit easier since it adds thickness to the soft tissue layer, thus decreasing the likelihood of a skin perforation.
