I had the surgery 4/16. As you can see the left side is before and right is after. Also the request of my nose was also to be straight down the bridge. Can this still be swelling? Even the bridge and wideness? And no they didn’t perform a lateral osteotomy because they said that they worried it would “feminize” the nose.

A CT scan or x-rays is generally not indicated for nose surgery, unless there is something very unusual happening such as prior major trauma, a tumor, etc. This is also the case for a lot of other facial surgery.
