I got my first rhinoplasty to fix my deviated septum and after a full year of recovery the right side of my nose seemed like my cartilage was still swollen. This caused my nose to look crooked since one side of my nose was more swollen than the other. i then got a second rhinoplasty to fix the swollen cartilage but it still appears to seem crooked. Why cant my nose be fixed is it my nose or is it the doctor? The first two pictures are of my first procedure and the last two are current pictures

It is hard to say why your nose remains crooked. Usually it's a persistent deviated septum, asymmetry of the upper lateral cartilages with a collapse on one side and/or a fullness or angulation on the other or skin or subcutaneous fat on the underside of the nasal skin which is unnoticed when the skin is elevated during the procedure. Since even the most severely deviated noses can usually be straightened, it is most likely the doctor's inability to recognize the issue or to apply the appropriate methods of correction that results in a persistence of the deformity.
