I can not see the lower part of your belly but by just looking at the given photo, Idon't think you need any type of tummy-tuck. If there is some skin laxity, it Wii be best to choose a laser liposuction option to tighten the skin. The heat procuded by application of the correct type of laser light from under the skin will give you the best tightening without skin removal.
