Would Lipo 360 correct my ‘b’ belly? (Photo)

I am considering getting Lipo 360 to correct my b shape belly. At all weights I have had this issue. 5’4 F 169lb, one child.

Thank you for your question regarding whether lipo 360 will correct your “b” belly. By looking at your photos, it looks like you have excess skin and excess fat. It also looks like you have some stretch marks, possibly from your previous pregnancy. If you get liposuction, you will be left with excess skin of your abdomen, which will leave you with another problem. I recommend a tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks. I think this will give you optimal results. Another option is to stage the procedures: get liposuction first, and come back for stage two, a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty. Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for 360 Lipo and will have a great result. You may also want to consider a tummy tuck to remove the excess skin from your lower abdomen, but discuss this with your surgeon.

Thank you for your question. I’ll liposuction I think and make a nice improvement in your overall shape and contour. It most likely is not going to adequately address the skin laxity issue that you have. In addition, if you have any diastasis from your pregnancy, it will not interested as well. And based on your photos, I believe you’d probably be a much better candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction of your upper middle and lower back at the same time. That operation related address, all levels of the problems that you have which include skin fat, as well as the potential for a muscle fascial weakness. I have a number of patients that understand the best results may come from the surgery. I just described the liposuction sort of fits their lifestyle, limited recovery, and desire not to have the extra scars. With that said, I think you can have really good change and if your skin ultimately is not tight enough for what you want you could still go back and have a tummy tuck with excellent results. You have two completely different issyes: excess of fat and saggy skin on your abdomen. 
Liposuction will only remove fat but will make the skin saggier. 
You are candidate for Tummy tuck and muscle repair, liposuction to waist and lovehandles to get rid of the saggy skin, tighten the skin, tighten the muscle and create a smaller waistline and a better shape of the trunk.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You have skin excess and that skin has stretch marks, that means your skin quality is not good in your tummy. Because of this tummy tuck is good option for your case. During tummy tuck your abdominal muscles are also repaired and you can get slimmer and athletic abdomen. This operation can be combined with liposuction for your flanks, upper and upper back sides to decrease your belt size. That combination surgery takes 4 hour and can be done under general anesthesia. After the surgery you should stay in hospital 2 nights and you should use compressive garment for six weeks. Incision can be hidden under your underwear. I think this operation gives good result for your case.

Liposuction will help remove the excess subcutaneous fat.  If you are finished having children you may want to consider a tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring.  This will not only remove excess fat and skin, it will also correct abdominal wall laxity.  The result will be a flatter, tighter tummy.
