What procedure would help with my droopy lip and smile? (Photos)

I’m 26 and my mouth has always been like this. The corner on my left side dips down further and my smile is slants too. I used to think a lip reduction was the answer but now I think it’s muscular given how my mouth is at rest? I’ve gotten DAO botox several times and it doesn’t really do anything to help with that side.
