Do you think my nose bridge should be higher?

Major issue with your nose seem to be tip position and shape; that is the dominant feature that can be seen from this single photo. Correction and elevation of the tip in some patients may create quite an improvement. However, only on the basis of in person evaluation,  an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon could give you more detailed plan of treatment. Good luck.

Based on your photo, you appear to have a relatively straight bridge on profile, and adding additional height would only lead to a dorsal hump which I do not think would be attractive, or pleasing. Thank you so much for your question! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. I don’t think you necessarily need to add dorsal height with a dorsal augmentation for your nose. Adding some projection to your tip would be helpful. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
