Bump inside nostril 8 years post rhinoplasty - what could this be? (Photos)

Hello all! I had a closed rhinoplasty procedure with a goretex implant over 8 years ago. I had some scar tissue build up on my bridge and had a minor rhino procedure to shave it off 2 and a half years ago. Now, a couple of weeks ago, I noticed a very hard bump inside my nostril. It's not sore or red. It feels like a stone or pebble. What could this be? In my pictures, it looks very small, but it feels so big! I was wondering if it was maybe cartilage or scar tissue. But I'm confused why it's appearing so late!
