How common are loose screws in Omnipore Gonial Implants?

I had omnipore gonial implants placed on last year and recently I had a CT Scan skull done for another reason and I noticed that one of the screws in hanging loose in soft tissue. How common is this? Can a screw come loose?

Definition requires structure; and bone/implant material is structure. Fat is an overlay and creates 'fullness' not definition. Go with implants.
