Background: recommended jaw expansion but only had braces. Lower 1/3 of face: obtuse gonial angle, long chin bone, projection overwhelms my mid face despite normal bite. Mid face: long flat mid face w/o infraorbital and zygomatic projection anteriorly and laterally. Eyes: zero to negative orbital vector/canthal tilt in both eyes with left eye orbit even more laterally protruded causing the bone and soft tissue of my left facial side to look less defined, heavy, along with a darker under eye.

In my opinion, I think that fillers would be the best option for you. I think that you need more volume and placing additional volume through an implant might be risky.
