To Rebuild Jawline. Bone Cement, Silicone Implant, or Titanium Implant? Possible Infections?

I had my jaw shaved to produce a more feminine look but the surgeon shaved too much of my jaw off (6mm) and it looks unnatural. How can I rebuild my jawline? Do you recommend bone cement (what kind?), silicone implant, titanium implant? What are the possible infections of all these types? I'm looking for a second opinion.
