Mandible implant vs fat transfer to jawline - which is better for me? (photos)

I would like to have a procedure to achieve a defined jawline. I'm not sure if it would be better to have a mandible implant or have fat grafting to my jawline. I'm already planning on having fat grafting to my cheeks, under eyes, and possibly chin.
