I got jaw implants 3 months ago. Now, I wish to chisel my jawline, mainly the gonion angles, like C. Haynes. Sorta how I have when I flex face/neck muscles. I wish to achieve sharpness like that in resting, relaxed state, without any flexing. I want permanent sharpness and not to have my jaw angles melt into my neck when I'm not contracting face/neck muscles. Also, since I have implants screwed to my gonions, can fillers still be applied to add volume and definition? What's the right procedure?
