How long do you know if fat cells in your butt have died?

I understand sitting and eating and being careful and The surgical technique and all that depends on the outcome of a bbl… but my question is how do you know when the fat cells die in your butt?? Are there immediate changes? Do different colors show up on your body? How do you know if fat cells have died off
