The first thing to determine is, are your implants completely 100% within the muscle. If not, or if they are partially within the muscle and partially on top of the muscle (i.e. dual plane technique), then you will definitely have more of this problem when sitting down. If this is the case, the only solution is to remove the implants and revise the pocket so that the implants sit completely within the muscle (i.e. intramuscular pocket). Please note, very few board certified plastic surgeons are skilled in this type of revision work so you may have to travel far and away from home to seek consultation with this particular type of specialist.
