I'm a 42 year old male with a deviated septum, male pattern baldness (Norwood VI) and a face that is showing signs of aging around the eyes and midface. I'm looking to get a rhinoplasty to fix the deviated septum. Hairline lowering so that I need fewer hair transplants (I have a big forehead). A vertical deep plane facelift that focuses on my midface and eyes. Q: Is there a particular order in which I should get the procedures done and would hairline lowering interfere with the facelift?

Techniques involving manipulation of the facial muscles are extremely rare and unnecessary other than perhaps the very thin muscle around your eye.
