Hey everyone, So I had liposuction done about 3 years ago, and while the results were mostly fine, I’ve started noticing some uneven areas and a bit of loose skin. It’s not super obvious when I’m just standing still, but if I do certain movements (like swinging a golf club), the sagging becomes noticeable. I’ve been looking into Renuvion (J-Plasma) as a non-surgical skin tightening option and wanted to ask: Would I be a good candidate for it based on what I’ve described? Or would it make more sense to consider a revision lipo first before doing Renuvion? I’m planning to share photos as well for better feedback. Would love to hear from anyone with similar experiences or input from professionals. Thanks in advance!

You can certainly increase the settings on the renuvion on a repeat session, but you may also want to consider bodytite instead. We tend to have better results when we try a different device the second time around.
From the posted photos you appear to be a candidate for liposuction with Renuvion for tightening but you mentioned you already did this with no results. I encourage you to visit with another board certified plastic surgeon near you to assess the amount of laxity, skin quality, and amount of...
While you can repeat Renuvion it is best to wait six months from your initial surgery. At that time you can discuss if another Renuvion procedure is recommended for if there is a better option for you.
