I had liposuction AND renuvion on my arms over 8 months ago with absolutely no improvements. I am 61 years old, 5 ft, and 130 pounds with most of my weight in my arms. The surgeon is offering a revision with another round of liposuction and aggressive on Renuvion. From 60 energy level 5 passes to 70 energy level, They are recommending only renuvion and no liposuction but I still think I have bulky arms and can benefit from modest liposuction. Really trying to avoid arm lift due to the scar. Looking for a modest difference only just to avoid the arm lift scar. Not sure if going thru this again will make a difference opening the incision sites again and wearing the garment plus the cost of revision. Looking for an expert in arm liposuction /arm lift to provide me their honest opinion.

While you can repeat Renuvion it is best to wait six months from your initial surgery. At that time you can discuss if another Renuvion procedure is recommended for if there is a better option for you.
Either BodyTite or Renuvion should help improve the loose skin that concerns you. BodyTite can be performed without general anesthesia which is a benefit. You can also combine either of these procedures with Morpheus8 treatments to optimize results. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
I have done procedures like this, often combined with breast augmentation, but used Bodytite instead of Renuvion. I'm sure Renuvion can be helpful too, to get a mild lifting effect on the breast. Lying down won't impact the procedure in any way.
