Thank for sharing your info and photos. You already know the answer here. You did it once.....and it did not work....so the solution to that is......do it again?? Nah. You cannot ask minimally invasive technology to deliver surgical results. Despite what people will tell you. If you want an awesome contoured result with good appearance of the skin it is going to require surgical excision. Hope this helps!

From the posted photos you appear to be a candidate for liposuction with Renuvion for tightening but you mentioned you already did this with no results. I encourage you to visit with another board certified plastic surgeon near you to assess the amount of laxity, skin quality, and amount of excess fat.
