How to make face look more contoured & feminine with dermal fillers? (Photos)

Question

I don’t dislike my face but I would like it to look more feminine and more angular. I have flat cheeks, so I was thinking of having dermal fillers applied to the cheek area. Also under the eyes. I had a chin implant done 6 years ago and all it did was make the chin look longer in the front but a profile view still shows a weak chin. I was thinking of dermal fillers also to the chin and jawline. Any suggestions?

The photos show evidence of volume deficit in the cheeks (which is responsible for the lack of cheek projection and the incipient tear trough formation; and, in profile, inadequate chin projection. Frankly, all these issues can be addressed as follows. Since the upper cheek region is a major support for the under-eyes, the use of robust HA filler for the cheeks would not only create a more feminine, heart-shaped oval face shape, but would likely significantly improve the under-eyes by diminishing the tear troughs. An appropriate use of a volumizing HA filler along the jawline surrounding the chin would not only establish greater jawline definition, but would enhance chin projection in the profile view. In experienced hands, both treatments can be done in the same session in about fifteen minutes with results that typically elicit an immediate "Wow!" reaction. You would be wise, however, to make certain to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector. Best of luck.

Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Cheek filler to the lateral cheeks would give you a more feminine heart shaped face.A very small amount of dermal filler in you tear troughs would decrease the darkness under your eyes.Your profile would look nicer if you have Kybella (dissolves fat) injected under your chin in the submental area and along the jawline.Good luck.

Your observations about yourself are actually excellent, and very true, and without any overinflation. The flat cheeks and hollow lower eyelids is a condition inherited from your father (by my observation). The lack of volume in the lower eyelid area, and the cheeks should be corrected with fat grafting, that’s when some of your fat is taken from an area where it’s not wanted, and placed into the lower eyelid and cheeks, in order to create natural, appearing and permanent cheeks without any scarring. I would not recommend using fillers in the lower eyelid area as they tend to migrate and can make you look considerably worse. 
The chin can be elongated also using your own fat. I have been doing fat grafting to the face and other parts of the body for 30 years now with a great deal of success, and you need to make sure that when you find a plastic surgeon, they have a great deal of experience in fat grafting techniques.
