I have this dead look on my eyes, they are droopy and look tired all the time, is there any way in which they no longer look this tired, like in the after photo?
Answer: Heavy eyes From your photos it appears your upper lids are heavy, giving you the tired look that concerns you. This is best corrected with surgery. Heavy brows can also contribute to this look which may be improved with Botox. I encourage you to begin by visiting with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.

Answer: Dark Circles/Eye Bags/Wrinkles - Fillers (Belotero, Juvederm Volbella); Lasers (Fraxel/CO2); Renuvion; Microneedling/PRP; Peels At home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (MTS roller with anteage MD ampules) should be started now. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. A surgical option to remove skin and/or fat will such as lower eyelid blepharoplasty with or without fat pad repositioning will be the best long term. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles without surgery. Non invasive less downtime options such as fillers (Belotero, Juvederm Volbella), lasers (Moxi/Halo/Fraxel/CO2), Renuvion (J-Plasma), microneedling/PRP, stem cells and microneedling RF like Fractora PiXel8 or Morpheus can all help give some improvement. Accutite can often be used or stronger lasers like erbium or co2 spot treatment can tighten the skin and give very quick improvement in wrinkles and texture. A surgical option to remove skin and/or fat might be the best solution long-term. I suggest you get a formal consultation to see what is best for you and your goals. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Topical Upneeq Drops Can Help Reduce Eyelid Ptosis (Sleepy Eyelids) An in-person, up front and personal examination, would be best for determining the most appropriate treatment approach. However, from the photos, it does appear that Upneeq, a trial of a newly approved topical medication for eyelid ptosis (droopy eyelids), might be in order. Make sure to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.

Answer: What Makes Your Eyes Look Sleepy and Fixes: Eye drop? Botox? Dear John, Thank you so much for you photo. I think there are a couple of things that lead to your sleepy appearing (or you say "dead" appearing) eyes. First, your brows appear to be heavy aka brow ptosis (close to your eyes), which leads to some heaviness in the eyelids. Second and the more important reason: you have eyelid ptosis / droopy eyelids. This is seen by the fact that your eyelids cover a lot of the iris (the actual eyeball). Treatment for brow ptosis can be botox, ultherapy or other lifting non-surgical devices or surgical brow lift (endoscopic or open). The eyelid ptosis can be helped temporarily with eye drops or with eyelid surgery (which can be done from the undersurface of your eye, which is essentially scarless). It all depends on the change you are looking for and what you want to accept as risks. Best to see a provider that can give you a full exam and consultation.

Answer: Botox Hi there, You can have a consultation regarding a lift to your brow with Botox and also discuss using a skin brightener and maybe thin out your brows a little. Best of luck!
