Breakthrough procedure to remove fibrosis?

I have been dealing with fibrosis for more than a decade. Has taken a toll on my quality of life since I do not like how my body looks in the mirror and it has affected my intimate relationship. How come there is so many new devices to treat many skin conditions but none for fibrosis ? I have seen videos where Fotona Fibrolaser disintegrates fibrosis but not seen it in actual surgery or cosmetic application.
