How do I achieve a more attractive feminine face?

I’m a female in case you didn’t know. My goal is to get a slimmer face, like a model. I’m not sure what procedure is good to improve my facial structure. I would rather it be a surgical procedure. I want it to be sharp but feminine.

Facial feminization for the female. Cheek implants will give you more feminine facial balance. I do not think that baccalaureate fat removal will give you a more feminine face and you will need that as you age!

You have an attractive face and the best improvement will be to reduce the lower cheek fullness and increase the upper cheek forward cheek fullness. This would be done best with cheek implants (submental type) and buccal fat removal. Both are relatively straightforward, in office procedures done with just local anesthesia.
