Will these procedures help me achieve a shorter, feminine face?

I’m 22 years old and I feel the length of my face is too long and makes me look older. My features are quite masculine and my long philtrum further drags my face down. Will getting a liplift, rhinoplasty, brow lift, and maybe jaw surgery soften my features and make my face look shorter?

Yes, facial feminization surgery can achieve all of those goals. And yes, it is very effective, powerful, and beautifying.  However, you look very good. I cannot see if you have any tooth show with your mouth open, but overall you don't need anything done.

After looking at your pictures, I would like to address your question providing as much details as possible for you to make an informed decision on the surgery. 
In my opinion, you don't necessarily have a long face. In case you want to look more feminine, I would recommend forehead remodeling, feminizing rhinoplasty, buccal fat pad removal and neck liposuction.  I encourage to ask further questions if the explanation above was not sufficient.

What you have mentioned would be benefit. The combination of a hairline advancement/browlift, rhinoplasty, lip lift and vertical chin reduction with jaw angle narrowing are all procedures which have their benefits to your facial goals. Computer imaging is needed to help you have a better understanding  of these type of facial changes.
