I have major self esteem issues and I want several plastic surgeries to change the way I look entirely. I feel like I look very masculine and I would like to get advice on where to start with the augmentations.

Answer: Rhinoplasty for a more feminine and attractive face.
Facial Feminization for the Female. It appears that the only thing that will benefit you is a rhinoplasty. I need to see other views-profile,etc. Make sure you see a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who can show you dozens of natural results of his patients. Don’t rely on imaging!

No, I do not see any glaring issue that needs correction! Obviously, there are always procedures that can augment your feminine looks, but you look fine the way you are!
